Friends of the LibraryFriends of Meagher County City Library was established as a nonprofit in 2011.
The purpose of this group is to benefit the library. We are authorized to raise funds, to accept gifts, and materials, and to apply for grants to support the Library. Funds are used to help with summer reading, special events related to literature, and other needs as identified by the Library Director. New members are always welcome. The group is always looking for new ideas and welcomes new members. For more information, call Betsy at 547-3381. |
Donations
Gifts and donations are important ways the public library benefits from the generosity of our community. These materials are reviewed using Library critera for inclusion into the existing collection.
All books and materials donated must be depositied inside the library building for purview of the staff.
Donations not added to the library collection are given to MCCL Friends of the Library for used book sales. The proceeds from the sales are used to benefit the library.
